Good location for the price (main reason for booking) Don't expect super luxury for a low price - you get what you pay for. Rooms on the top (5th) floor are smaller than the levels below.

The staff at reception were really helpful, providing great tips on local transportation. Try to request a fan if it gets too warm.

The room was clean
The room was very small and the floor of the room was slanted. It came with a hairdryer which was a plus, but one had to press a button continuously to keep it going which was very annoying. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that offered similar or better facilities and included breakfast so I felt I wasn't getting a good value for my money

Cheap, clean, good location for Paddington station. I booked a single room but was actually given a 3-bed family room, can't say better than that!
